Dev Pawar

Dev joined Architectural Resource Team in 1999 and since 2012 is Principal and Director of Operations at the firm. With architectural studies in India and Arizona State University, Dev brings a global perspective and a unique knowledge of building science to every project. His construction knowledge of the industry has enabled him to develop a unique understanding of all construction facets and client needs. He understands budget and schedule control and is dedicated to construction quality and detail. He has experience on numerous project types ranging from transit and healthcare to municipal, retail, recreational, educational and spiritual. Dev has experience working with several national retail chains and delivering projects successfully in 35 plus states across the country. His broad experience in the industry enables him to distill and understand clients’ needs and transform them from vision into reality.
